Film faced birch plywood is a material with exceptional water resistant properties. For glueing plywood veneer layers, waterproof affix (phenol formaldehyde resin) is employed. A specific layer of phenolic coating, which covers the surface of the plywood sheet on both sides, adds durability and water resistance to the material. This layer effectively protects the material from moisture and mechanical harm.
